It wasn’t in the budget right now, but the wife agreed that this could be my Father’s Day present!
Set up was quick and easy. The stainless steel is beautiful. Going to season it tomorrow, and start cooking Thursday!
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Nice! I wanted the stainless steel cart....but it wasn’t to be. When I got mine the stainless steel model wasn’t available with the rear drain, and the front drains had a minor issue.
I wasn’t sure which one Ace had...all their photos were of the old model. When they wheeled it out from the back I saw those beautiful words "rear grease" and I was very happy!
